The
Eligible Training Provider List
(ETPL) gives the names of
education and training organizations and institutions approved to receive
Workforce Investment Act (WIA) funds for training individuals eligible to
receive WIA services for Adults and Dislocated Workers. The
ETPL also provides
information about programs offered, the length of programs, the cost of
attendance, and how well the providers have done.

youth will be the workforce of the 21st Century. One of Secretary of
